Sales Executive/Account Manager – Training

Working for a leading UK training organisation who deliver nationally recognised qualifications within safety & construction training to thousands of delegates every year. With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and customer service, they are growing fast — and are now looking for a Sales Executive to join the team.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll work with warm sales leads and manage a portfolio of existing accounts. You’ll build strong relationships, advise on training and certification options, and ensure excellent customer experiences. Alongside growing revenue, you’ll enjoy structured development, mentoring, and plenty of career progression opportunities — all within a supportive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with warm leads while proactively seeking new opportunities
Grow and manage customer accounts, securing repeat and expansion business
Provide expert advice on training and certification schemes
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
About You:
B2B telesales or Customer Service or Sales or Account management experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organised, motivated, and able to manage priorities
Confident with Microsoft Office
