An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join a unique global business that operates in the genetics and R&D space, on a part-time (3 days), temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who is process-driven, and is available to start at short notice.
The Role
You will play a key part in supporting the HR Advisor with a range of HR administrative and manual tasks, ensuring the HR function remainspliant, organised and up to date. This includes:
1. Employee Life cycle Administration
2. Scanning, filing and shredding paper‑based HR documents
3. Data entry and maintaining accurate HR records
4. Producing reports and updating spreadsheets
5. Drafting and issuing offer letters and standard HR correspondence
6. Supporting general HR administration, ensuring all information is handled confidentially
You will report directly to the HR Advisor and work closely with them day‑to‑day.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
7. Strong HR administration experience within an office environment
8. Ability to utilise Microsoft Excel and other IT packages.
9. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage manual, process‑driven tasks
10. A clear understanding of confidentiality and handling sensitive information
11. Accuracy, attention to detail and confidence working with data
12. Proactive, reliable approach and willingness to support wherever needed
