Your main duties:
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.
* Oversee and manage site teams, sub-contractors, and suppliers, maintaining excellent working relationships.
* Monitor project progress, address any issues, and report to senior management.
* Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, site procedures, and quality standards.
* Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment to ensure timely availability for site activities.
* Manage the budget for site operations, minimizing costs while maintaining quality.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders, providing updates on project status.
* Identify and resolve technical issues or delays, proposing and implementing corrective actions.
