Job Purpose
Ensure IWFM Academy products and services meet quality standards and regulatory compliance. Work with stakeholders to monitor learner data, enhance the learner experience, and manage relationships with Awarding Organisations to improve quality. Maintain knowledge of delivery and assessment standards to deliver industry-leading practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and embed quality standards across IWFM Academy products and services
* Implement quality management plans to ensure efficient delivery and compliance
* Manage external relationships with Awarding Organisations
* Conduct quality assurance audits and visits
* Manage relationships with Tutors, Assessors, and IQAs
* Drive standardization and CPD
* Update policies and procedures according to regulations
* Approve Trainers, Tutors, and Assessors
* Create and implement quality assurance processes for training delivery
* Coordinate new product transitions and ongoing activities
* Lead Tailored Course Approval services
* Develop reports to monitor learner progress
* Initiate improvements to increase learner completion rates
* Maintain CPD to incorporate latest developments
* Align with IWFM values and behaviors
Technical Skills
* Knowledge of training standards and compliance
* Understanding of adult learning principles
* Familiarity with Awarding Organisation processes
* Assessment standards expertise
