Are you someone who thrives on solving problems, spotting opportunities, and building relationships that last? Do you love the challenge of taking an idea from sketch to shelf—working hand-in-hand with major brands to bring unique product solutions to life?
We’re looking for a commercially minded Technical Sales Executive with a strong background in product development to help shape the next wave of innovation in the UK and international markets. This role is perfect for someone who’s naturally curious, structured in their thinking, and highly responsive to client needs—a self-starter who’s just as comfortable diving into the detail as they are presenting to C-suite.
What You’ll Be Doing
• - Building and nurturing strong client relationships, both face-to-face and online
• - Acting as the link between clients and our internal design, production, and supplier teams
• - Translating client needs into clear product development briefs
• - Keeping your finger on the pulse of new materials, print innovations, and sustainable packaging trends
• - Preparing tailored quotes, proposals, and visual presentations
• - Conducting competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of the curve
• - Ensuring quality, compliance, and delivery targets are met
• - Supporting sustainability and accreditation efforts including ISO and FSC
• - Occasionally travelling to factories in the UK, Turkey, and China to conduct audits and quality checks
What You’ll Bring
• - 3+ years’ experience in technical sales, product development, or a similar customer-facing commercial role
• - Knowledge of print, woven labels, silicone and rubber badges, embroidery, and innovative textiles
• - A natural ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply
• - Skilled in project management and agile product lifecycle processes
• - Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and attention to detail
• - A consultative, relationship-focused approach—you're someone who listens, builds trust, and delivers
• - High drive for achievement, resilience, and the ability to adapt quickly when priorities change
