CRG is seeking an experienced Site Manager on behalf of our client, a leading London-based specialist in high-end residential renovation. Renowned for delivering bespoke refurbishments, meticulous craftsmanship, and seamless project delivery, they bring clients’ visions to life with precision and flair across heritage townhouses, contemporary penthouses, and projects valued £1-£5m.
The initial project will cover full renovation of a private prime residential property in central London with project value £2-3M. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the site reporting to the Project Director, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards on site.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate site staff to achieve operational goals
- Manage site budgets and resources effectively
- Implement health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Monitor and report on site performance metrics to senior management
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site promptly
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures at all sites
Requirements:
- Previous experience working on high end/ prime residential refurbishments.
- Strong knowledge of and experience working with high end finishes.
- Hold appropriate qualifications: SMSTS; First Aid; CSCS Black Managers Card; etc
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- IT literate
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
