You’ll be working in a busy, high-performing office with the chance to earn exceptional commission, take on listings, and really make your mark in a highly desirable location.
What you’ll be doing:
? Carrying out property viewings and managing buyer relationships
? Listing new properties and winning instructions (valuations/market appraisals)
? Conducting your own business development to bring in stock
? Progressing sales from offer to completion
? Building long-term relationships with vendors and buyers alike
? Working closely with a motivated team to hit targets and deliver results
About you:
You’ll be super hungry and motivated to earn and succeed
You must have previous experience in residential sales
Confident with valuations, sales progression, and business generation
A real passion for property and people
Well-presented, articulate, and professional
A full UK driving licence is essential
