Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Essex. The Design and Sales Executive will be responsible for creating innovative designs, preparing proposals, and managing client relationships from initial enquiries to project delivery. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their needs, creating compelling visual concepts, managing project budgets and timelines, and maintaining a high standard of production excellence. The role also requires actively seeking new business opportunities and contributing to the company's sales growth by meeting targets and maintaining a customer‑centric focus.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in creative and CAD design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and 3D visualisation tools
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client collaboration and relationship management
* Experience in project management, including budgeting, timeline management, and delivering high-quality results
* Proven sales skills with a focus on achieving business development targets and identifying new opportunities
* Attention to detail, creativity, and an understanding of set design and production processes
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to design and production is a plus
* Proactive attitude, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a passion for innovative design
* Previous experience in design, production, installations, or events industry is highly desirable
