Core Responsibilities & Scope Operational Organizer: Overseeing daily premises schedules, managing key holder responsibilities, and ensuring energy efficiency. Maintenance Lead: Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance, supervising external contractors, and performing hands-on repairs where required. Compliance Controller: Managing site security, conducting statutory safety checks, and maintaining records for the leadership team.
