This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the externals on a high-quality project and play a key role in delivering a standout scheme. The Role: Manage all external works packages on site, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and delivery. Oversee subcontractors, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Strong externals experience (roads, drainage, landscaping, groundworks, etc.). Excellent leadership and communication skills.
