New Interim HR Administrator role, based in London (SW)\n\nWe are delighted to be working with one of our clients, as they look to recruit for a HR Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis.\n\nSalary - £29,000 per annum (FTE)\n\nWorking pattern - 5 days in the office\n\nTerm - Full time and temporary for 4 months\n\nKey Responsibilities include:\n\nSupport the coordination of external and internal recruitment processes including posting adverts, providing administrative support for scheduling and booking interviews, liaising with the candidates, and conducting safeguarding interviews.\nCreate and monitor DBS risk assessments in line with the recruitment policy.\nTo draft offer letters, contracts of employment and contract for services. \nSend information to payroll in a timely and accurate way by the published deadlines, including new starter paperwork, changes to contracts and leaver information.\nOrganise ID cards and IT equipment for new staff on their first day.\nSupport the HR Adviser by logging support staff appraisals & probations\nKeep paper and online personnel files up to date.\nUndertake any other task requested by the HR Director, HR Adviser or a senior colleague that is within the individual's abilities. \n\nThe right candidate will need to have:\n\nExperience of managing a administrative workload effectively\nExperience of working within an education setting, preferably a school\nExperience of carrying out pre-employment checks and maintaining a single central register\nExperience of maintaining information systems\nGood IT skills and knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel\nA high standard of written communication\nExcellent communication skills\nExcellent organisation and time management\nHigh attention to detailIf you're interested in this opportunity, please do not hesitate to get in touch with Darren Keeling on (phone number removed) or email \n\nAbout Us\n\nWe are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
