This role goes beyond just hitting sales targetsyoull play a key part in building long-term customer relationships and delivering an outstanding buying experience from first enquiry through to handover and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers face-to-face, delivering a professional and welcoming experience
Understand customer needs and guide them through the full sales journey
Follow a structured sales process to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Proactively manage and follow up on leads and enquiries
Work towards and exceed agreed sales targets
Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and customer retention
About You
Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role (automotive experience beneficial but not essential)
Confident communicator with a friendly and approachable manner
Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs
Target-driven, motivated, and enthusiastic
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
