London Residential Development
An opportunity to join a London Property Developer as a Customer Service Manager, supporting and leading on a key residential apartment development in London. You will be the lead on the Customer Service Experience from exchange through the warranty period, overseeing the close-out phases of the development before Practical Completion (PC), ensuring construction teams deliver high quality and a first-class customer service journey. You will develop and maintain relationships with construction partners and suppliers to ensure best practices and high standards are maintained proactively.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Customer Service Manager with demonstrated knowledge in customer service and experience in developing teams that provide customers with a delightful, frictionless experience.
Responsibilities
* Implement and provide a customer service experience for key developments in London, utilizing best practices within residential development and real estate.
* Act as the first point of contact for customers throughout the customer journey from exchange to completion and during the 2-year warranty period.
* Maintain strong communication with customers, providing construction updates.
* Liaise with subcontractors to ensure defects are addressed cost-effectively and professionally.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of customer service experience within Residential Real Estate in London.
* Experience in a Customer Service Management role for a Property Developer or House Builder.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
