Job Title: Site Manager (Commercial)
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Project Value: GBP 5m – GBP 20m+
Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate on-site personnel, including subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
* Quality Control: Maintain the rigorous standards expected on a GBP 5m+ commercial build, ensuring the final handover is snag-free.
* Health and Safety: Manage RAMS, site inductions, and strict compliance with HSE regulations.
* Programming: Work with the Project Manager to track progress against the master programme, identifying and mitigating potential delays.
* Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients, architects, and local authorities.
What We\'re Looking For
* Tier 1 Experience: Proven track record working with Tier 1 contractors. You understand the reporting structures and documentation rigor required at this level.
* Project Scale: Demonstrated experience managing commercial projects with a minimum value of GBP 5m.
Qualifications
* SMSTS and CSCS (Black Card preferred).
* First Aid at Work.
Mindset
A problem-solver with a boots-on-the-ground leadership style and a sharp eye for detail.
