Founded in 2004, Intex Facades has successfully completed over 300 SFS and Rainscreen Cladding projects nationwide.
We are currently looking for Labourers to work on a busy construction site based in Leamington Spa. Applicants must hold a valid CSCS card and have previous experience working on a construction site.
The role is a temporary position.
Duties:
* Removal of waste materials and take to skips
* Driving a manual van with waste materials
* Excellent timekeeping
* To perform the job in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, especially the Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policy
* To perform any other duties as may be reasonably required from time-to-time
* Assist trades on site, carrying out any labouring tasks they may have
* Perform general errands and help keep site accommodation tidy
* Work under the supervision of the Site Manager
* Adhering to site health and safety
* Positive working attitude
Job Details:
* Location: Leamington Spa
* Start Date: 28th April
* Rates: Day rates £122.5 per day
* Duration: Ongoing work for the right individuals
* Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (weekends may be required by prior arrangement)
* Essential requirements: Solid experience, CSCS card
