This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You’ll be the go-to person for all things HR, overseeing the day-to-day operations while helping to shape a strong people-first culture as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full spectrum of HR duties including employee relations, policies, contracts, and performance management
*
Lead internal recruitment across multiple departments
*
Ensure HR practices and documentation are fully compliant and up to date
*
Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, offering HR insights and support across the business
*
Own and continuously improve HR systems, processes, and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
*
3–5+ years of solid HR experience in a standalone or senior HR role
*
Confident working with and supporting multiple departments
*
Strong working knowledge of HR compliance, legislation, and best practices
*
Proactive and able to take full ownership of the HR function
*
Background in energy, solar, EV, infrastructure or similar is beneficial – but not essential
