Hope for Justice is a charity dedicated to ending human trafficking and modern slavery through effective, multi-disciplinary approaches. Our social enterprise, Slave-Free Alliance, offers services to global companies and public bodies to help protect against risks related to modern slavery and labor exploitation. We operate in the UK, USA, Ethiopia, and Uganda, reaching approximately 200,000 adults and children annually. Position: HR Administrator
We seek a proactive HR Administrator to support our HR team in delivering high-quality, efficient HR services across the organization. This role involves managing HR administration tasks, supporting HRIS functions, and serving as a point of contact for staff inquiries.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Managing recruitment administration, including drafting adverts, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
2. Overseeing pre-employment checks and ensuring proper documentation for new hires.
3. Administering onboarding and leaver processes via HRIS and supporting HR inductions.
4. Maintaining and updating HR data in compliance with data protection guidelines.
5. Monitoring the HR inbox and escalating issues as needed.
6. Collaborating with payroll on staff changes affecting payroll processing.
7. Collecting data for organizational metrics.
8. Upholding safeguarding policies and reporting concerns.
9. Handling HR activities such as performance reviews, probation reviews, DBS renewals, and exit interviews.
10. Overseeing volunteer and intern systems and supporting global HR projects and policy reviews.

Role Details
* Part-time (25 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
* Salary: Up to £25,000 FTE depending on experience
* Location: Manchester (Hybrid working)
