A great opportunity has arisen for a Quality & Warranty Manager to join a leading power supply company.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain QMS (e.g. CAQ, APQP, PDM)Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and industry standardsLead internal/external audits, inspections, and corrective actionsAnalyse quality data to identify trends, root causes, and improvementsWork cross-functionally with production, engineering, and suppliersAct as main customer contact for technical queries and warranty claimsManage full lifecycle of complaints from intake to closureAssess warranty claims in line with policyCoordinate investigations and draft technical responsesEnsure corrective actions are implemented and effectiveMaintain accurate reporting (cost of quality, complaint metrics, etc.)Attend customer/site meetings as requiredDrive CI initiatives across quality and aftersalesUse customer feedback and performance data to improve processesLead cross-functional projects to reduce defects, returns, and inefficienciesBeneficial Skills / Qualifications:Proven leadership experienceBackground in Quality / Aftersales / Customer Support within manufacturingExperience working with transformers / switchgear / power supplyStrong knowledge of QMS tools (CAQ, APQP, PDM)Six Sigma / Lean / TQM certificationExpert knowledge of ISO standards and complianceStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical, organised, and hands-on problem-solverERP/MRP experience (MS Dynamics desirable)Full UK driving licenceAdditional Details:Competitive salary (DOE)37.5 hours per week33 days holiday (incl. bank holidays)Profit share schemePrivate healthcare + cash planPension, life insurance (3x salary)EV/bike salary sacrifice schemeOn-site parkingTPBN1_UKTJ
