Key Responsibilities
* Health & Safety Management: Ensure compliance with all legislation and promote a safety-first culture.
* Quality Control & Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality standards and address defects proactively.
* Project Delivery & Coordination: Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, managing subcontractors and materials.
* Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, control costs, and work with the Contract Surveyor on financial matters.
* People Management & Leadership: Lead and develop site teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
* Client & Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met.
Skills & Experience
* HND/Degree in Construction Management or related field.
* 5+ years of senior site management experience, preferably on projects over £5m.
* Proven leadership skills and knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
* Qualifications such as Scaffold Inspection, Fire Safety, TWC, CSCS.
