HAIL Partners is working with an alternative investment management firm who is looking for a HR/Recruitment Manager to work alongside their Head of HR across the entire employee lifecycle, recruitment & HR projects. Responsibilities: Supporting recruitment processes - sourcing candidates, conducting interviews & working with external agencies on vacancies Providing hiring recommendations & deliver regular reporting to stakeholders and senior management Implementing recruitment best practices and continuous look to improve process Conducting pre-employment screening, right to work checks, offer and employment contracts and onboarding for new joiners Facilitating employment relations matters Reviewing and updating the Company policies Supporting on employee benefits Projects to support the HR function including employee engagement, learning & development, performance management, succession planning and other duties. Requirements: Degree educated preferred, CIPD would be an advantage 3-6 years of relevant HR &/or Recruitment experience within Financial/Professional Services Good understanding of employment laws and regulations Strong written and verbal skills in English. Excellent interpersonal skills Strong multitasking abilities with a results-oriented mindset Proficient in Microsoft Suite
