We are looking for a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join Garden House Hospice Trading as a Clinical Service and Quality Manager for an exciting new business venture.
Due to commercial and strategic launch planning, the organisation is currently confidential. However, this is an established and values-driven healthcare provider with strong investment, ambitious growth plans, and a clear commitment to quality and innovation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role and help shape the safe, effective, and person-centred delivery of care across the service.
About the Role
As the CQC Registered Manager, you will lead the clinical and operational delivery of high-quality domiciliary and community-based care. You will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the development of a skilled and confident workforce.
Working closely with the Garden House Hospice Trading Team, you will promote best practice, strengthen governance processes, and provide assurance around care quality and service performance.
This role includes participation in the out-of-hours on-call rota.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Is a Registered Nurse with post-registration experience
Has experience delivering care within community or domiciliary services
Has experience leading or supporting clinical teams
Has strong knowledge of safeguarding, MCA and regulatory compliance requirements
Is passionate about quality improvement and service development
Demonstrates strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
Is committed to upholding Garden House Hospice Care values
Experience in service mobilisation, change management, or growing care services would be highly advantageous.
