Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager\nJoin a fast-growing company in the Sheffield area, specializing in waste management, to drive new business and manage client accounts.\nRole Overview:\nAs a Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager, you will:\n\n * Assist in the office to send information and quotations\n\n * Independently generate leads and close sales.\n\n * Upsell company products while delivering exceptional customer service.\n\n * Act as the primary contact for clients, engaging via phone and in-person meetings.\n\n * Attend trade shows to promote products\n\nSalary & Benefits: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, 20% bonus based on Team target, Mileage allowance, Pension\nLocation: Office based 3/4 days a week and 2/3 days field based - Sheffield and surrounding areas.\nHours 9am-5pm Monday – Friday\n\nCareer Opportunity:\nRepresent a rapidly expanding company in Sheffield, to grow their client base. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales and account management.\nFocus on selling into NHS facilities, and Laboratories\n\nRelevant Experience:\nCandidates may come from industries such as B2B sales, telesales, facilities management, environmental services, or similar sectors. Previous roles may include Business Manager, BDM, Field Sales Manager, or Sales Executive.\n\nRequirements:\nYou must have sold waste management services, or sold into NHS facilities, or Laboratories\nUK Driving Licence\nConsistent sales track record with evidence of meeting KPIs.\nStable career history with long-term employment at previous companies
