Location: Remote Role Overview: We’re looking for a driven and personable Sales Executive to join our expanding team. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities, primarily within the recruitment sector. Key Responsibilities * Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking * Conduct discovery calls and product demos with agency decision-makers (Founders, Directors, Heads of Ops) * Tailor pitches and proposals that solve specific pain points using AIAURA's feature set * Manage and close deals through the full sales cycle using HubSpot CRM * Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
