Head of HR
Full-time/ open to part-time (3 days per week)

You’ll work in partnership with senior leadership to drive engagement, shape people strategy, and build effective HR policies and processes that support future ambitions. The role requires a proactive approach to HR leadership, strong prioritisation skills, and an ability to contribute to a close-knit, agile team.
Deliver a comprehensive, generalist HR service across the organisation
Provide day-to-day HR advice and support and build robust relationships across all levels
Lead the monthly payroll process
Design and support training and development initiatives, including statutory and mandatory requirements
Coordinate the annual performance and salary review processes
Advise on and help resolve employee relations matters
Review, develop, and communicate HR policies and ensure legal compliance
Create and implement a people strategy that champions engagement, inclusion, and retention
Develop strategies for succession planning and career progression
Support the preparation and presentation of reports and data for the executive board
Help foster a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture
Strong leadership and first-class communication and relationship management skills
Proven track record of driving positive organisational change and workplace culture
