Responsibilities
1. Surveillance of activities supporting the Project Quality Plan and Contractors Quality Plans / Inspection and Test Plans.
2. Manage and support Project teams in developing Inspection Test Plans/Quality Checklists.
3. Work closely with site engineers to ensure the Quality process is followed on site.
4. Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with Quality Policy, Procedures, and requirements.
5. Maintain records to ensure adherence to company procedures and contract requirements.
6. Coordinate and manage the closure of non-conformities or performance improvement actions.
7. Provide Quality input into the Supplier pre-qualification process as needed.
8. Review documentation such as Quality Plans, including those from Contractors.
9. Provide Quality support to the project and client as required.
Qualifications
1. Relevant competency skills cards, such as a CSCS Card (appropriate type).
2. Member of CQI.
3. HNC/HND/Degree or relevant experience in Quality Management.
4. Experience with Quality Management Systems.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
7. Excellent time management skills.
8. Ability to coach and mentor others, team player.
