Due to continued growth and expansion this company are seeking a HR Officer to support with general HR duties. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to evolve and make the role it's own. This will include assisting with recruitment and managing the full payroll function. This role will run for 6 months will potential to be extended and made permanent. This is a full time position running Monday- Friday 37.5 hours per week. Due to the nature of the role the majority will be office based with occasional working from home.
Responsibilities:
1. Management of the process for starters and leavers
2. Processing of all payroll
3. Managing pension and the associated administration
4. Supporting hiring manager with recruitment
5. Liaising with recruitment agencies
6. Management of personnel files
7. Management of the travel & expenses along with the associated approvals and policy
8. Management and monitoring of holiday and absence
9. Providing HR advice and guidance to Senior Managers when required
10. Oversight of recruiting contractors and the relevant administration work
11. Liaising with our travel providers to provide support and administration for travellers
12. Management of staff prepaid and credit cards
13. Management of expense claims
14. Submission of HR / Payroll returns to external bodies such as HMRC
