Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of the company at new build developments, guiding customers through the home-buying journey from initial enquiry to completion. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the developer’s high standards and helping to grow their reputation even further.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full sales process for new build homes, from initial enquiry to handover.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with buyers.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
* Work closely with site managers, marketing teams, and mortgage advisors.
* Ensure show homes and sales areas are presented to the highest standard.
* Meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the company’s values.

Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in new build residential sales.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* A proactive and professional approach to customer service.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of the Lancashire property market is a plus.
