Customer Service Manager
We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee and lead customer service operations for a residential development project in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The role involves managing the customer experience from exchange through the warranty period, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining excellent relationships with construction partners and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service within the residential real estate sector and be capable of developing a team that provides a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
* Implement best practices in customer service for residential developments in the UK.
* Serve as the primary contact for customers during the exchange, completion, and warranty phases.
* Communicate effectively with customers regarding project updates and issues.
* Coordinate with subcontractors to address defects efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* At least 5 years of customer service experience in residential real estate, preferably in London or the UK.
* Experience in customer service management within property development or house building.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
