Field Sales Executive – Peterborough, East Region

Compensation: £25,000 per year + uncapped commission (OTE £50K) + £250 car allowance
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities
* Go door-to-door, speaking to residents and persuading them to switch to broadband.
* Manage your own pipeline, converting conversations into customers.
* Drive performance, consistently hitting and exceeding targets.
* Build relationships within the local community and internally.
* Be open to feedback, eager to learn and adapt your approach.
Requirements
* Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
* Motivated by targets and results.
* Solid face‑to‑face sales experience, able to engage people and secure commitment.
* Friendly and confident, enjoys real conversations.
* Unable to work independently, manage time and hit targets in the field.
