As a National Reserve Unit, incumbents are contracted to conduct a minimum of 19 RSDs, including mandatory training, per training year in order to achieve the Certificate of Efficiency. More may be available, subject to requirements and budgetary constraints. There are also frequent mobilisation opportunities. As a member of the AGC(SPS) National Reserve pool of HR Administrators, fulfil role of: JNCO Mil Personnel Administrator Staff Support within Formation HQ G1 Administrative roles. RSDs will be allocated by CRHQ AGC in support of the wider Army and in response to workforce assistance requests.
