Sewell Wallis is currently working with a well-established Pontefract-based business that is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their HR team on a 3-month fixed-term contract to cover a busy period, with strong potential to go permanent.
The HR Administrator will play a vital role, supporting the HR Manager and wider HR team.
You must be available immediately.
What will you be doing?
Maintaining accurate and up to date employee records and HR databases.
Coordinating the recruitment process, including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.
Assisting with onboarding new starters, preparing contracts, and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.
Supporting payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and managing absence records.What skills are we looking for?
