We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee our construction projects in Holyhead North Wales. This role is crucial in ensuring that our developments are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
Manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Supervise site staff and subcontractors to maintain high productivity levels.
Coordinate with project managers/ Construction Manager to ensure timely completion of projects.
Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.
Implement sustainable practices in line with company values during construction processes.
Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality standards.
Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
Must have experience of managing large Residential (Timber Framed housing) projects
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
