We’re now hiring two Sales Executives to support the next phase of growth.
The Role
This is a high-performance, commercially driven role focused on generating new business opportunities and closing smaller, fast-moving deals (sub-£50k).
You will sit at the front line of the agency, responsible for:
* Opening conversations
* Creating pipeline
* Converting entry-level (“hook”) services into revenue
This is not a passive account management role. It is proactive, outbound-led and target-driven.
As the agency grows, so too does the opportunity to shape what it sells. We are actively developing new revenue streams, and these roles will contribute to that process. If you have ideas, the ambition to develop them and the drive to take them to market, there is real scope to do that here.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively generate new business through outbound activity (email, LinkedIn, networking)
* Identify and qualify potential clients across key sectors (travel, lifestyle, beauty, consumer)
* Book and lead introductory calls with prospects
* Sell and close smaller-scale services (e.g. audits, pilot projects, initial campaigns)
* Build and manage your own prospecting approach, outreach strategy and pipeline using CRM systems
* Support the wider team in progressing larger opportunities
* Stay close to market trends, competitor activity and client needs
Targets & Performance Expectations
This is a results-focused environment. You will be expected to:
* Deliver consistent outbound activity each week
* Generate qualified meetings
* Convert opportunities into revenue
* Contribute to monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We’re Looking For
* 1-3 years’ experience in sales, business development or a commercial role (agency experience is very valued - but not mandatory)
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Comfortable with outbound sales and rejection
* Commercially aware, understands how businesses make money
* Highly organised and self-motivated
* Competitive mindset, you enjoy targets and winning
