Exciting opportunity for a Site Foreman to join a leading events company, working on some of the UK's most high-profile sporting and entertainment events.
Are you an experienced Site Foreman or Site Manager with a background in seating, scaffolding, or staging? Do you want a role where you'll play a hands-on part in building and dismantling temporary event structures, with progression opportunities and a varied workload?
This company are specialists in providing seating solutions for major sporting and entertainment events across the UK, including cricket, rugby, tennis, and theatre productions. Their projects range from one-day builds to longer installations, and they pride themselves on delivering client-focused, safe, and efficient structures. With their busiest period running from May through July, they are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Foreman to join their close-knit team.
In this role you will oversee fast-paced projects, managing subcontracted labour, ensuring health & safety compliance, liaising with clients, marking out seating layouts, and ensuring builds are completed to the highest standard. You'll be client-facing, hands-on with the team, and expected to travel nationwide (with accommodation and allowances covered).

The Role:
1. Site Foreman - overseeing event seating installations
2. UK-wide travel with some overnight stays
3. Manage sub-contractors, site inductions, and health & safety paperwork (RAMS)
4. Build, dismantle, and check seating structures against design plans
5. Client-facing role - ensuring satisfaction and safe project delivery
The Person:
6. Experienced Site Foreman / Site Manager with background in events, seating, scaffolding, or staging
7. SSSTS / SMSTS and CSCS essential
8. Health & Safety knowledge and site management experience
9. UK driving licence - willing to travel and stay away when required
10. Hands-on, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and able to lead teams
