Job Description
* Deliver efficient HR administrative support, managing employee lifecycle data and maintaining accurate HR systems and records.
* Respond to HR queries via inbox and phone, escalating where necessary and ensuring timely resolution.
* Support onboarding, induction, and probation processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
* Assist with payroll inputs, benefit updates, and compliance with right-to-work and security requirements.
* Contribute to HR reporting, process improvements, and preparation of employee documentation.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Proven administrative experience, ideally within an HR or shared services environment.
* Previous experience in a HR shared service or administrative role.
* CIPD Level 3 qualification or willingness to work towards one.
* Exposure to UK employment law and HR compliance.
