The Role:
We’re looking for an organised, friendly, and proactive HR Administrator to join our buzzing HR Service Centre team! This role is all about making sure everything runs like clockwork across the full employee life cycle.
You’ll be the first port of call for employee queries and the backbone of our HR operations — keeping us compliant, efficient, and people-focused.
What You’ll be Doing:

Being the friendly face of HR for employees and managers — handling calls, inboxes, and general queries
*
Managing the HR admin side of employee life: from contracts to right to work checks, DBS, references, and more
*
Keeping our systems up to date and our processes smooth — because attention to detail matters!
*
Supporting the wider HR team and assisting with exciting people projects
*
Helping to develop and maintain slick HR procedures
*
Providing accurate HR data and insights to key stakeholders
*
Building great relationships across the business (because people are your thing!)
What You’ll Bring:

HR admin experience within a fast-paced or shared services environment is desirable.
*
Experience in, and passion for, providing amazing customer service
*
Excellent organisation and communication skills
*
The ability to stay cool under pressure and juggle multiple tasks with ease
*
A confidential and professional approach
*
A flexible, can-do attitude (positivity goes a long way here!)
