Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Manager to play a key role in the delivery of a high-rise development in West London. Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will take full responsibility for managing and coordinating all on-site activities relating to civil engineering and reinforced concrete frame works, ensuring delivery is safe, efficient, and fully compliant with programme, budget, and quality requirements.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors. You will be responsible for planning, progress tracking, risk management, and ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations, industry standards, and company procedures.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, represent the project professionally at all site meetings, and provide clear, accurate reporting to the Project Director.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery

Manage and coordinate all site activities associated with civil engineering and RC frame works

Ensure construction activities are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, and programme

Implement, monitor, and enforce strict health & safety standards

Ensure full compliance with legal requirements and company H&S procedures

Lead, coordinate, and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

Maintain a productive and professional site environment

Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards

Identify and resolve defects promptly

Develop and manage short-term and long-term work programmes

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering civil engineering and RC frame projects
*
Strong leadership and team management capability
*
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*
In-depth knowledge of health & safety legislation and quality control processes
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
*
Strong planning, coordination, and resource management skills
*
Experience managing programmes and tracking progress using industry-standard tools
*
Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent)

Valid CSCS Card
*
SMSTS certification (essential)
