The role is ideally suited to a solicitor with a strong background in employee-side matters, looking to work flexibly from anywhere in the UK while maintaining high-quality client service and case outcomes. The Role You will manage a broad range of employment law matters, with a particular emphasis on settlement agreements, employee disputes, unfair dismissal, discrimination claims, and general advisory work for individuals. As a fully remote member of the team, you’ll benefit from working independently while having access to support and resources from an experienced and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Advising employees on settlement agreements, ensuring thorough and compliant guidance. Handling a caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and legal documentation. Negotiating on behalf of clients in dispute resolution and settlement discussions. Maintaining strong client relationships and providing clear, practical advice. Requirements UK-qualified solicitor with 3 years PQE in employment law (flexible for the right candidate). Strong focus or demonstrable experience in employee-side work. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
