About the Property
Embassy Suites by Hilton Birmingham is an all-suite hotel located in Southbridge Business Park, just three miles from downtown Birmingham and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. What Are We Looking For?
Basic Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as General Manager or 1 year as Hotel Manager managing a property with $10M+ revenue and 150+ rooms.
* Ability to foster a positive team culture.
* Strong commercial acumen with success in driving revenue.
* Ability to build and maintain ownership relationships and community partnerships.
* Performance-driven with strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams towards excellent guest and employee satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
