With increased production capacity and additional CNC machinery, the business is now positioned for significant growth — and is seeking a dynamic and experienced trade sales professional to lead this expansion in the South East and London. This is a brand-new role — a fantastic opportunity for a self-starting sales executive who is ready to build their own client base, drive growth, and make a real impact within a forward-thinking and ambitious company. Key Responsibilities • Identify, target, and secure new trade clients across the South East and London • Proactively generate and manage your own leads and sales pipeline • Promote a wide range of PVC and aluminium windows and doors to trade and commercial customers • Deliver consistent sales growth in line with agreed targets • Provide technical and product support to clients throughout the sales process • Maintain detailed records using CRM tools and produce regular sales reports and forecasts • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and client satisfaction • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity What We’re Looking For • Proven track record in trade sales or business development, ideally in double glazing or a related sector • Strong knowledge of windows, doors, or fenestration products preferred • Able to work independently and manage your own time and territory • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Experience with CRM systems and confident in producing clear, structured reports • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised • Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure • A strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly What’s on Offer • Flexible employment options: PAYE (salary negotiable depending on experience) or Self-Employed • Company car, laptop, and mobile phone • Autonomy to grow and manage your own customer base • Opportunity to work with a reputable and fast-growing manufacturer bringing new products to market • Be part of a supportive, ambitious, and technically skilled team
