The family includes two adults and their 14-year-old son, with their 17-year-old daughter visiting occasionally. Surrounded by picturesque fields and countryside, the property offers a peaceful rural lifestyle while remaining within reach of Chichester's historic cathedral city charm and the South Coast. The family is seeking a reliable professional who can coordinate tradespeople, prepare nutritious meals, and confidently manage the household with a forward-thinking approach.
Working as a Housekeeper Cook in this private residence requires a hands-on, highly organised professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards. The role combines meticulous housekeeping with the preparation of healthy, balanced meals rich in vegetables and protein. In addition to daily cleaning, laundry, and ironing, the successful candidate will oversee the general condition of the property, proactively arranging maintenance and liaising with tradespeople when required. Driving duties include transporting the principals' son to school. The candidate may use their own vehicle or a four-wheel-drive automatic vehicle provided by the principals. The role also involves walking and caring for three poodles (two large and one small), particularly when the principals are travelling. Occasional maintenance cleaning of the family's London apartment may be required. Flexibility is essential, including ad-hoc weekend work when necessary.
