Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support construction and maintenance projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Duties
* Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites
* Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
* Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required
* Follow instructions from supervisors and senior workers
* Maintain a safe and organised work environment
* Perform general maintenance tasks as needed
* Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
* A proactive attitude towards health and safety regulations
* Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
* Valid driving licence is a plus but not mandatory
