You manage a team of 4 sales executives who work well together and know the business inside out.
Your background is in Engineering or Manufacturing, and you're looking to take the plunge into management.

* As Sales Manager, you will lead by example, developing a collaborative approach that encourages your team members to work together seamlessly.
* You will be analytical in your approach, someone who is comfortable with spreadsheets and can pull data together for reports and meetings.
* You will have great business acumen and know how to win over customers, with your own accounts and still very much front-facing when it comes to sales.
* This is a fast-paced, high-energy department where you will need to manage momentum and shield your team from distractions.
* As Sales Manager, your role is to nurture and develop talent, while also building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
* Your approach will be to engage your team members, giving them the tools to work collaboratively and achieve their full potential. Business is expanding currently at 5 million turnover, and your new role will involve leading the sales team. If you speak a second European language, this is beneficial but not a requirement.
Although you are managing a team, as Sales Manager, you are not desk-bound here, and a willingness to travel both in the UK and overseas is essential.

Working hours are 8am-5pm with a 2pm finish on Fridays, and you'll enjoy 26 days holiday plus stats, a salary of up to £55k plus car allowance, healthcare plan, and uncapped bonus.
