Our Client is a well established employer with an impressive brand portfolio and multiple sites. The successful HR Officer (12 month FTC) will enjoy the fast pace and variety in dealing with a wide range of HR issues including employee relations, absence management, training and HR projects on engagement and wellbeing. The Role:Reporting to the HR Business Partner and working as part of an energised HR teamResponsible for supporting resourcing, induction processes, probation, off boarding, retirement, HR KPIs, resolving payroll queriesAssist managers in employee relation matters including investigations, disciplinary meetings etcResponsible for supporting and implementing engagement, communications and culture development initiatives on siteSupport wider HR initiatives and HR projectsAdvise on HR policiesCoordinate, plan and deliver various training interventions.
