Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in BYD Chelmsford. The Sales Executive will greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the process of purchasing a new or used vehicle. Day-to-day tasks include following up on leads, conducting test drives, negotiating sales terms, completing paperwork, and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of our vehicle inventory. Exceptional customer service and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients are crucial components of this role.


Responsibilities

* Greet customers and identify their needs
* Guide customers through the process of purchasing a new or used vehicle
* Follow up on leads and conduct test drives
* Negotiate sales terms and complete paperwork
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory
* Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships


Qualifications

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
* Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
* Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other related technologies
* Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
* Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
* A passion for the automotive industry and willingness to continually learn about new products and features
