The role

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced salesperson to join one of our popular franchises, providing high-quality service to our customers and representing Marshall Motor Group and our leading brands. You will be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience, converting interactions into vehicle, finance, and insurance sales. We will provide sales process, FCA, and compliance training through our Sales Orientation course and manufacturer-specific training, ensuring your knowledge is always current to best support your customers.


Who you are

* An experienced salesperson eager to advance or start their career in the motor industry.
* A passionate and proactive individual supporting customers and offering suitable options during their purchasing journey.
* Capable of building rapport easily and thriving in a target-driven environment focused on positive customer outcomes.
* Interested in the motor industry with a desire for a successful sales career.


What you'll do

* Ensure customers receive positive outcomes from every interaction.
* Respond to inquiries from new and existing customers regarding vehicle sales.
* Guide customers through their purchase, providing outstanding service as the face of Marshall and the vehicle brand.
* Achieve individual sales targets by exploring and satisfying customer needs for finance, insurance, and optional extras.
* Generate a steady flow of inquiries through prospecting and marketing efforts.
* Maintain expert knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options, updating regularly.
* Manage vehicle handovers in compliance with company processes.
* Adhere to Marshall and industry regulations concerning vehicle, finance, and insurance sales.
