The HOME Team, which is part of the Govan Housing Group, requires an experienced Estates Labourer with a clean driving licence to deliver high quality work, customer satisfaction and clean environments for people to live in.
You will need to be hard working, flexible and willing to take on new tasks. You will be able to work well as part of a team, be reliable, enthusiastic and willing to do a good job. The role of Estates Labourer will include carrying out day to day labouring and estate caretaking works to a high standard of workmanship, for example clearing and cleaning empty void properties, graffiti removal, carrying out property and estate management patrols and inspections, cleaning and improving back court areas and bin areas.
The successful candidate will assist with interpreting works orders by inspecting and assessing labouring and estate caretaking works required in line with the HOME Team's policies and undertaking those works required as well as assisting the Handymen/ Labourers, and tradesmen in carrying out their day to day duties.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude towards customers, colleagues and the HOME Team generally.
