Permanent Site Manager Opportunity in the Northwest! We are currently on the lookout for a Site Manager to join our valued client who are based near Bolton. The contracts our client undertakes are mainly Social Housing contracts and predominantly consist of external works. The ideal candidate will have experience as a hands-on Site Manager on Social Housing sites, with experience in roofing works as well. You will be managing various trades on site to ensure all works are completed safely and on time. Responsibilities * Managing Various Trades on site. * Overseeing works on Social Housing properties, ensuring everything is being done to a high standard and to the scope of the contract. * Working alongside the TLO to answer Tenant queries and solve any problems. * Follow the Schedule of works to ensure completion in a timely manner. * General Site Management Duties. Requirements * SMSTS (Essential) * First Aid (Essential) * CSCS (Essential) * Driving Licence (Essential) Package * £40,000 Base Salary (Negotiable D.O.E) * Company Van & Fuel Card * 20 Days Holiday Bank Holidays * 7:30 – 4:00 Mon – Thu, with an early finish on Fridays.
