* Contract: 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday ( 40 weeks per year )
* Salary: £15.95 to £17.00 per hour (depending on experience)
* ENHANCED DBS IS REQUIRED
Purpose:
Assist to lead the school kitchen, ensuring high-quality, nutritious meals while fostering a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Motivate and train kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
* Operations: Oversee daily kitchen functions, maintain hygiene and food quality, and manage stock and suppliers efficiently using online systems.
* Menu Planning: Collaborate to create balanced, student-friendly menus that cater to dietary needs and trends.
