This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a major National Housebuilder who specialises in residential construction.
Our client is looking for a Site Manager to oversee the execution of refurbishment projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and full compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards, based in Cheltenham with the opportunity to progress onto local sites in the future.

Key responsibilities for this Site Manager role:
* Reporting into the Project Manager
* Overseeing operatives and subcontractors
* In charge of the daily running of the site
* Carry out regular site inspections, manage service delivery performance, resolve technical queries
* Ensure all works meet ISO requirements
Experience required for this Site Manager role:
* CSCS Card and in date
* NVQ Level 6 In Site Management
* 3+ years kitchen & bathroom experience in DHS
* Asbestos Awareness Training
Package offered for this Site Manager role:
* Salary - Up To £50,000
* Permanent contract with potential to move onto other local sites
* Car Allowance

* 26 days annual leave + bank holidays
